Calling our reservation center is fast and easy.  Our supportive and knowledgeable staff is here to help you.  Our staff can explain and set up each of our offered services.

Special Services

Tri-City Taxi is contracted with both Ben Franklin Transit and People For People to provide services to their clients. 

Ben Franklin Transit Services:

1.    TransPlus Night Service:

• Provide reservation service between the hours of 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Mon. - Sat.
• Provide transportation between the hours of 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Mon. -Sat.
• This service is available to all Ben Franklin Transit clients, either Dial-A-Ride or regular bus clients
• Reservations can be made by calling (509)545-0684
• Cost of this service is $1.75 per person each way.  Tickets may also be used.  Scheduled rides made at 11:00PM or later are $3.00 or a ticket and $1.75 per person each way.  (children under 5 years may ride free)

2.    Sunday Service:

• Provides reservations service between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturdays
• Provides transportation service on Sunday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Reservations can be made by calling (509)545-0684
• Cost of this service is $1.75 per person each way (children under 5 years ride free)

3.    Supplemental Dial-A-Ride Service:

• Provide reservation service on Sundays and holidays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Provide transportation on Mondays and all days after holidays
• This service is available to all Dial-A-Ride eligible clients
• Reservations can be made by calling (509)735-0160
• The cost of this service is the same as normal Dial-A-Ride service and Dial-A-Ride tickets are accepted

4.    Taxi Feeder Service:

• Provide transportation to and from regular bus stops from area's designated by Ben Franklin Transit
• This service is available to only those clients traveling in Ben Franklin Transit designated areas
• Telephone reservations for Feeder Service can be made by calling (509)547-7777 or (509)783-1234
• Reservations for transferring from a Ben Franklin Transit bus to the Feeder Service can be made by telling your bus driver that you need Feeder Service at the time you board the bus
• The cost of this service is included in your regular bus fare (do not pay Feeder Service driver)

People For People Services:

• Provide transportation to People For People clients who have made previous reservations by calling People For People at 1-800-233-1624
• Provide after hours transportation to clients who need non-emergency transportation to an emergency medical facility
• After hours trips can be requested by calling (509)547-7777 or (509)783-1234 when PFP offices are closed

• 24 hours per day - 7 days a week.
